Interactive Design

Interactive Design

Beyond simply respecting your visual identity and making it easy to use for users coming to your digital platform, we produce designs that tangibly contribute to reaching your business objectives.

So, the user interface, colors, or the calls to action (like a “contact us” button, for example) are developed to encourage the user to follow do what you want. This reflection is obviously discussed at length with you from the get-go.

Our design are interactive because they are conceived to establish a dialogue among the user, the interface, and your products or services. It takes the users’ needs and behaviours into account and is designed to meet their expectations, inducing the user to purchase your service or product, to contact you, or to follow through on any other measurable target. These targets are decided in collaboration with you at the beginning of the project. Interactive design aims to improve user experience and increase conversions (sales, the number of contacts, etc.).

Regardless of platform, it’s essential to think of your web design or digital project so that it meets the needs of your customers and prospects. The design should guide them, facilitate the collection of information, or encourage targeted actions on your website or mobile application.

We will measure the performance and efficiency of your design with our measurement tools to determine the exact contribution in increasing your income or business objectives; this design work expressly aims to facilitate the user experience and ensure your project’s success.

Information architecture

Our rigorous methodological approach allows us to measure the fruits of a well thought out interactive design. Measurement tools,  mostly A/B testing, evaluate different versions of the same page, for example. Each user will see a different version among many possible versions. It is then possible to analyze the behavior of the user depending on the page version they saw to see which is most successful and best meets your goals. This will validate or invalidate hypotheses as:

  • Where should better position the CTA on the page?
  • Which interface encourages the most to the consumer to buy?

Which, in turn, maximizes the performance of your digital project.

Information architecture makes sure that your website visitors don’t encounter problems during their visit, by organizing the content intuitively and logically. This also helps to identify barriers that might push users to leave your mobile site or application. For example: excessive download times, burdensome forms, or a website that is not responsive …

Metrics and analytics help us define a profile of target users to your site or application and understand their navigation behavior and obstacles. Why do they abandon their online shopping cart, for example? Where do users come from when visiting your site? What actions do they perform on your site or what information are they looking for?

The measurement and analysis of online behavior of your users to determine the typical profile of your target audiences: their online behavior, their needs and their expectations. You can understand the needs of your audience and tailor your content and digital features to suit their needs.
