CleverToday aquires Sidereo, mobile development agency

With this acquisition, CleverToday offers a complete range of digital services, ranging from strategic support to web, mobile and connected devices development.

One year since its foundation, this is CleverToday’s first corporate acquisition. After working with Sidereo Solutions, the two companies realized their cohesion and will advance their clients’ new projects, together.

Founded in March 2015 by Alexander Gonzalez and Eric Giovannetti, and joined by Brice Argenson in July 2015, CleverToday was launched with the idea of offering a different kind of agency in Montreal: a no bullshit agency, offering solutions based on a profound analysis of its customers’ business goals. From reflecting at the beginning and throughout the Agile process, the endeavour has proved promising–the agency was able to quickly work for Air Canada, Sun Life Financial, DevMcGill, the Phi Centre, Jouviance, Deloitte France, BNP Paribas, the BAnQ Foundation and many others.

Sidereo was founded in Paris in 2013 by Pierre-Olivier Dybman and expanded its presence by opening an office in Montreal, with Simon Guérout joining the following year in the same spirit as CleverToday: no bullshit. Specializing on iOS, Android and solutions for connected devices, the company has produced projects in Canada for Bayard Jeunesse, Desjardins and reelyActive, and in Europe for Sony, LG, Euronews, Carrefour, Auchan and Bouygues SA.

As of May 1st, 2016, the two agencies will join to form one!
